I love this idea that my daughter Emily came up with I want to share it with you! She said “we could colour in a piece of paper each day of lockdown and make a paper chain with them”. So the lockdown rainbow paper chain was born.

I love that this can incorporate mindfulness & each day it gives me the opportunity to ask the kids how they feel & draw something that shows their mood. Or alternatively something that has made them happy today.

Each day we link another piece onto the chain and hang it in the window. What do you think? Fancy having a go? #lockdownrainbowpaperchain
